Paradise Estates consists of 21 detached luxury homes within a waterfront strata community. Each 3,800 square foot residence boats a private elevator and rooftop patio with lakeview. The homes are placed around a central amenity area with an outdoor pool, a rock feature with waterfall, a putting green and outdoor fireplace.

Multilayered land use approvals allowed for a partial exclusion of land from the Agricultural Land Reserve in order to develop the waterfront portion of the property. Taking full advantage of the region’s unique ecosystem, the Paradise Estates property has 15 acres of land set aside for agricultural use, with plans to grow 16,000 vines for use in wine production.

A custom, site-specific land use zone allows for either year round occupancy or part time residences within the resort style community. An increase in elevation towards the northwest border of the property ensures that all units have a view of Okanagan Lake or the landscaped amenity area. The buildings are sensitive to a pedestrian scale, and are stepped back architecturally above the 2nd floor. Building finishes are geographically appropriate and consist primarily of natural looking or earth-tone elements.
