Large focus was as well given to the interface with a busy Clement Avenue through the creation of unit entrances on the main building face to provide direct interaction between the residences and the street.

Given the development location and proximity to the more commercial/factory oriented neighborhood, materials were selected accordingly to give the building a more industrial feel. Board formed concrete Ceraclad, windows accented by thick black metal architectural frames and corrugated metal panel inserts are all examples of this industrial architectural vernacular.
