Riley began his career in 2021 after graduating from Thompson Rivers University with a Diploma in Architectural and Engineering Technology. After graduation Riley moved from Kamloops to Kelowna and worked in the mechanical design industry for a year before joining the team at New Town.

Outside of architecture, Riley enjoys being active and going outside to participate in activities such as camping, skiing, hockey, and soccer.
