The lofts is a  52 unit, 12 storey condominium project in the Entertainment District, located in downtown Kelowna.  The building comprises five units per floor, with two penthouses on the top floor.  The Lofts was designed in a very contemporary style, utilising exposed natural materials such as concrete, steel and stucco.  Internally, apartments have 11′ ceilings, with exposed concrete walls and premium appliances.
