Slalom Creek, located at the centre of Red Mountain Resort, British Columbia, is a 67-unit ski resort condominium project comprising of two non-combustible buildings arranged over a concrete parking garage. Slalom Creek provides a unique twist upon the traditional ski condo. The steel construction complete with use of non-traditional material such steel I beams, rusticated concrete columns and metal cladding evoke the historic mining traditions of the Kootenays.
