A residential golf course development in north Kelowna, Quail Ridge is a master planned mixed-use community, which includes a recreational home ownership program.  A total of  750 units are sensitively integrated into the moutainous terrain, with higher intensity of development in close proximity to the Quail Ridge Clubhouse to allow residents and visitors the opportunity to ‘walk & golf’.  This project has design standards which give the overall neighbourhood a common architectural theme and a harmony of place.
