This expansion to the settlement area of the City of Kelowna is located on an expansive north facing hillside with extraordinary views to the city.  This residential development contains a variety of housing types with a predominance of single detached residential homes.  Wild life corridors, wetland enhancements and storm water detention ponds contribute to ecological sustainability.  The net build-out of the project area will see 1,200 new homes.
