Master Planned Community

This master planned mixed- use community is centred around a core of mixed use commercial residential development. It is comprised of approximately 2000 residential units and 1080m2 of retail and restaurant uses.  The proposed Town Square will overview Okanagan Lake and the easily walkable community is boarded by Trapanier Creek Corridor Park and Gellatly Heritage Park.  Construction is to commence in autumn of 2010.
