Gellatly Beach Club

Kelowna, B.C
Resort

Part of a multi family residential development, this cluster of 3 buildings extends along the waterfront, endowing a true resort feel to the overall development.  Nestled in to a fold in the landscape, the form of the buildings reduces their visual impact on the natural beauty of their surroundings.  This project has a three-fold purpose: to provide a native interpretative centre, providing exhibition, education, retail and workshop space and starting point to the multitude of trails crisscrossing the area; a lake activity centre, housing boat slip, equipment for use on the lake, information and rental facilities; finally, a luxury Beach club building, with facilities including a kitchen, dining area, bar, fitness centre, change rooms semi covered swimming pool and indoor/outdoor lounge.
