Elliot Road

Situated adjacent to the Westbank Town Centre, the Elliot Road 2 hectare (5 acre) site is proposed for a 215 units as town-homes and condominium dwellings. The concept offers a connecting esplanade from the established single family community to the Town Centre through the site.

Directed by the newly approved Town Centre Plan, growth within the Westbank Town Centre area is transitioning into a sustainable urban centre at the heart of West Kelowna. The Elliot Road project represents an infill development of high quality public spaces with attainable product.
