Located at a significant corner in the Kelowna commercial area, the redevelopment of the Burtch Avenue and Harvey Avenue site began with the consolidation of two large sites.   The project also included updating and redevelopment of 11,300 square feet of existing space in two buildings and construction of almost 20,000 square feet of additional commercial space.  This new development will cater to a wide range of uses, including restaurants, grocery and small retail stores.
