A redevelopment of a prominent corner in the Kelowna streetscape, the corner of Burtch Avenue and Harvey is a significant commercial undertaking.  This project begins with the consolidation of two large sites, the updating and redevelopment of 11,300 square feet of existing space in 2 buildings and construction of almost 20,000 square feet of additional commercial space.  This new development will cater to a wide range of uses, from dining to grocery and retail uses.
