A 1250 square meter commercial building in downtown Kelowna, 1660 Water Street is designed with modern aethetics and features in mind.  The building includes a natural palette of materials through the extensive use of both brick and wood, while timber slats to the main street serve dual purposes in providing natural sunshade and privacy to the adjacent office spaces.  This element also lights up like a lantern at night, washing filtered light on to the street.  A dramatic double height, fully glazed atrium provides entry to the building, while an integrated awning dances along the front and provides covered access.
